毛巾没有换新的，服务态度差，部门间互相推诿。收费与退房标识不清楚，整体服务态度十分一般，像没有培训过一样。不以服务客户为目标，只是单纯完成基本工作。
希望可以做出改善 ，加强顾客服务意识。
以后不会再选择这家酒店。
