10月2日晚，房间付费电影卡顿得厉害，根本看不了，反应情况后酒店工程人员当晚检查后确认了问题存在。我希望退费，但是酒店方面说要找付费电影服务商，不是酒店收的钱。经过整晚等待，酒店无任何回复。并且从酒店工程人员处获悉，此情况已经出现了好几回了，酒店对于新房客没有任何提示说不要点击付费电影，并且出现类似投诉问题没有任何沟通回复，服务太差了。
第二天早餐，餐厅环境昏暗，直接对着厨房敞开的门口，看得到厨房里面乱糟糟，到处是水，而且碗筷也就在厨房里面洗。餐厅很多蚊子🦟，服务员根本不收拾餐桌上累积的餐盘。完全为了果腹随便吧啦了几口就走了。

酒店位置特别好，离开关口打车起步价，周边吃的东西也特别多，房间冷气比较冷，前台服务员很热情，对得起这个价格
