酒店地理位置很好，距离拱北关口仅仅四五百米路程，十分方便。但作为一家五星级酒店，没有游泳池，而且后面有一个正在施工的工地，居然是24小时开工的，也是醉了！此外，四楼的泰餐也很一般！

服务很差！前台人员几乎无服务意识,我们进入酒店站在门口的人员大门都不会推开下，第二天退房到澳门游玩车放酒店停车场，下午4点多一点回酒店，从12点以后就要收停车费4个小时多一点收60元，非常过分还跑二趟才把12点之前免掉。
