酒店很高级，气派，前台服务态度很好，房间很大，很宽敞，床也很舒服，设备齐全应有尽有，有浴缸，电视有较多台选择，电梯需要刷房卡，顶层是中餐厅，可以喝茶吃饭，出品不错

很不错,房间大，设备好，过街就是海边，汽车、火车站就在旁边，拱北口岸隔窗相望，很好的住宿经历

房間乾淨整潔，雙床，每床有一米三很寬敞，浴室用具齊全，最窩心是會有小孩拖鞋??
離拱北關口很近走十分鐘左右就到，附近吃的也挺附的，看出去能望見海景，景觀比預期好～

续住两天，却让我发现一些服务中的瑕疵。
1. 续住时提出想调整为同房型靠近海边的房间，前台说暂时没有，但答应有退房会帮我调整。结果是一直到退房也没人帮我调整，实际是续住的第二天亲眼见同楼层符合我要求的房间退房了（从打扫房间服务员出证实）。
2. 续住两天的房卡，在退房的前一天晚上八点就失效了，找来服务员开房门后，没有道歉，而且在答应送新房卡来后，又从前台打来电话说如果当晚不外出，就让我第二天上午下楼时自己去前台取新房卡。
