首先帮我下错单，订的双床，开了间大床房，换是换了，里面是电话不能用，牙刷只有一把，电视也不是网络电视，看得是满屏雪花影像，网络是没密码，但完全不能用，连基本的饮用水🚰都没有👎，本人住了两天，不是在网上下单注明是不能退的我早退了，第二天出门交待服务员这次把饮用水放上去，收拾一下房间，床上就不用换了，晚上回来，水是放了，但床上是，你早上出去是什么样，晚上回来还是什么样，乱成一团！严重怀疑这酒店的卫生情况？

办理入住前台服务差，旅游团多，都是接待旅游团的吧，所以对待一般客人都没有服务可谈了，房间卫生差，房间设备残旧，洗脸的毛巾没有，瓶装水也没有，还要188一晚？真的**
