房间里有灰尘，床单上还有残留头发，要求换床单还不愿意给换，给个三星服务评价，主要是前台服务态度好！性价比低，不如以前住过的100多的酒店！

国庆音乐节临时定的酒店，价格就肯定高了。选了商务大床房，一进去就一股异味，叫前台处理，听完音乐节回来还是一股味道，于是跟前台反应，这里真的要投诉晚上的前台员，一个男的，接了电话就一股没睡醒的样子，还说"我也不知道怎么办，我只是一个前台，客房爆满不能换房"真的就一点也没有作为一个前台该有的态度。然后客房服务员来了，进来之后确定是有异味并且打前台换房，所以前台那个男的说没有房是什么意思？就隐瞒消费者的意思吗？换房后的确没有味道，但是居然在床上发现了蟑螂，真是无语了。睡了一晚赶紧走了，人员真的不专业，卫生环境真的很一般甚至往下，很不满意的一次住房经历。
