酒店居然说冬季不提供空调，连自然风都没有，一早反应问题，完全不解决，导致两晚全家人闷在房间，等于洗两天夜间“桑拿”，广东的冬天依然温度很高，这样的房间如何住，酒店服务意弱，这个环境与服务与价格完全不符！
