服务真的是超级好，到高铁站还有人接的，另外我从没遇到酒店有免费送水果，晚上还有牛奶和银耳免费喝，行李员服务也超级好，总之下次来诸暨还会来住的！

我提早一个月订的房间 到酒店入住时候居然查不到订单 不过酒店前台很不错 我一边联系携程她也在帮我查单子 最后还是搞定了 第一次在携程遇到这样的事情！酒店的自助早餐不错品种很多 游泳池的水温我们5/1假期去的时候还是挺冷了 房间打扫的很干净 隔音有点差 酒店自身环境还是不错

服务真是非常体贴，亲切，有被照顾得很好的感觉。但部分设施如毛巾等已经很陈旧了，甚至有了毛边，对于一个星级酒店实在太不应该。阳台很大，视野不错，但空空荡荡显得不专业。 至少已经预订的房间应该放好茶几和座椅。 洗浴套装和早餐也有失五星的水准。
