服务没有给满分是因为入住时是12点，被告知房间未打扫。需要等到下午两点。此不是问题，主要是到了下午两点，房间还没有打扫。
以及晚上在自助餐厅吃自助餐，咨询蒸点师，是否还会再做蒸点，被强硬告知不知道。
另注意：旁边的小区有野狗会溜入酒店，请酒店工作人员务必注意。
其他方面比如：餐厅的前台服务员相当不错。
地理位置距离西施景区很近，走个10分钟左右即到。

用很实惠的价格入住，酒店占地面积很大，设施很齐全，总体满意。优点：1，给升级的阳台房，开心。2，早餐品种丰富，吃饱了。3，晚上游泳顺畅。
