3月22日晚入住1818房间，23日上午九点半退房，同时把背包放在前台寄存。下午一点多取回背包，里面的一对银耳钉不见了，打电话问前台有没有人捡到，说是没有，存放包裹的房间也没有监控！！！
那对耳钉是我从重庆出差给老婆带的礼物，与耳钉配套的还有一个戒指，耳钉和戒指是分两个盒子装的。我22号晚上还拿出来欣赏过，没想到我的一个疏忽就让我的礼物没了！
我甚至都在反思，难道是早上一个工作人员咨询我意见的时候，我提了个意见影响到谁心情不好了？我的意见是这个酒店的人员礼仪方面有待提升：迎宾人员帅着手晃来晃去，餐饮部门口几位聊着天有说有笑，走廊里碰到人铁着脸就过去了！
