服务整体说不错，还专门做了夜床，晚上送一份水果，早餐也还可以，就是比起五星级的酒店来说稍微逊色一点。浴室没有专门的淋浴间，有待改进，完全可以把浴缸拆掉做个淋浴间。酒店位置不错，离长江广场挺近，吃饭方便。就是到长沙机场要过湘江会堵车。
