设施陈旧，房间小，饭菜又贵又不好吃，服务员全是大妈，还是新手大妈，对不起这个价，房间卫生都没搞干净，竟然还有卫生纸，还号称亲子房，空调效果倒是太好了，热得怀疑人生，卫生间巨小，晚上服务还不错，有人送银耳汤，免费的自助早餐苦逼的我吃了凉菜，光荣拉肚子2天，再也不会住了。

第二次入住华天，酒店内部设施还不错。晚上在酒店21楼的行政酒廊喝茶吃点心，服务员唐春艳非常细心周全。
