早午晚三餐，都是中规中矩的五星标准，晚餐自助住店客人99一位，外面的138。建议春节期间自助餐，中餐厅好多菜都做不了而且价钱太贵不划算，房间预订的是豪华大床，竟然没有浴缸而且窄的逼仄，致电前台后答应给换，但必须?40元说是升级，其实就是原来的豪华大床间，不懂这种营销操作是针对我这个喜来登的会员，还是怎么回事，前台服务有待提高，别板着个扑克大脸，喜达屋旗下的酒店不是这种服务水准的。酒店适合亲子，楼下的万象汇吃饭购物非常方便。地下停车场很大，地上的开始收费了，而且不管你是不是住宿还是吃饭一律收费。

酒店在市区，门口停车收费每小时二元钱，免费要到地下停车场。周六下午入住酒店，大堂里乱七八糟的，有点儿像商场，酒店工作人员说刚刚搞完活动，没有五星级酒店的素净和高雅。酒店刚刚装修好两年，装修留下了安全隐患，差一点儿给俺造成伤害，酒店值班经理来处理确定为装修质量差留下的隐患，房间打了七折，算是弥补一下吓坏的细胞，希望酒店下次能够改正，以后不会再入住了。
