说是升级，实际是降级。网上是高级房，豪华房，前台又多了个行政房。行政房不是万正房间，且无窗。要求换房和升级又说无房。前台是笑着让你没办法，钱都交了还要退么？服务太度和能解决问题是二回事，第二次入住，以后不会做为首先了。换了个标间，房间得小，沙发感觉都快放不下了。千万别看网上照片！

每次经过遵义住宿的酒店，第一次入住时候前台的李欢欢的服务给我很好的体验，酒店并不支持微信支付，她依然为我解决了当时未带现金和银行卡的问题，所以，给客户提供优质服务的不是制度和流程，而是为客户解决问题！

大厅看起来不错，前台服务还可以，房间内部一般，也不是很大，卫生一般，离遵义会议会址也不算太近。服标间不到400块钱算是性价比可以了。
