迎宾人员很热情，帮忙搬箱子。卫生间需改进，淋浴喷头安装有问题，横着喷！不注意的话卫生间遭水灾！没有晾衣绳，不好晾东西。

酒店大堂特别大，房间设施还可以，睡觉感觉被子有点潮，可能是白天一整天下雨的关系，早餐比较一般，有待改进。晚上酒店对面还有苗寨歌舞表演。总体不错

服务还好，酒店看起很大，价格也比较便宜，但整体设施也就三星水平，位置很偏，周边没有什么商业，定了两个大床房，一个房间还好，另一个有味道，同时空调效果也不好。在酒店吃饭，餐厅可能因为很少有人单点，都是接团餐，所以菜品不全。

环境还可以，价格也实惠，白天可以看到有人在河边玩耍，晚上河边景色也好，离游客中心也近，出酒店大约一公里就是吃饭一条街了，出酒店一边去四洞沟，另一边去大瀑布，人太多，就是不好预订房间。
