酒店在县城比较好，但是服务员和大堂前台对客人提供的服务满足不了。这么热的天气，空调冷气没有。被子特厚实。你说、470一晚连空调都舍不得开、这什么酒店。服务员和前台都是这样推、还欺骗客户说空调坏了。第一次打过去说，空调是中央空调没办法给单独客人开、第二次客人在打过去酒店回复马上处理、结果呢？？？
