高大尚的酒店，智能化操作，床舒服，就是位置稍微偏了点，外卖很多都不送，酒店附近有一个美食街，步行有点远。很满意的一次住宿。

酒店地理位置很好，对面是天鹅湖，装修高端大气上档次，尤其是大堂，很阔气。前台刘玉很热情，服务态度很好，房间稍显拥挤，不过看起来很温馨。刚进入房间房卡不能取电，联系前台后也立刻就给处理了，许经理的服务态度也很好，办事效率很快，如果下次还有机会来遵义，还是会再次选择入住的。
