三个问题：也许因为藏区人员招聘的关系，服务人员基本上都是藏族同胞，服务意识有差距。中餐厅只有一个女领班表现特别好，好像姓龙。其它的员工都是新人，不过菜品质量很高。第二：房间冰箱是空的。第三：洗发水沐浴露这些质量属于招待所级别。早餐很好。

早饭晚饭都好好吃！早餐的蛋糕和酥皮面包都好吃，是我努力的方向哈哈哈 晚餐的炒菜的牛肝菌与虾还有冷水鱼非常棒！房间非常干净！下次还会选择希尔顿酒店

早餐物超所值，品种很多，味道超赞。酒店比较好地将西方文化与藏族文化进行了融合，具有浓郁的藏族风情。房间比较大，有个长沙发，不用加床就可以解决孩子的睡觉问题。酒店位置很好，离沟口不远，也有停车场，该酒店适合一家三口旅游下榻。我感觉悦榕山庄虽好，但离沟口实在太远，不适合旅游居住。

我真的爱了这家希尔顿酒店了！
首先，环境没的说，群山环绕的感觉，非常原始，空气负氧离子不用多说！服务也是特别贴心，态度特别真诚，能感觉到他们想尽心尽力做好！房间也是干净整齐，早餐多种多样，我觉得为数不多能真诚相待的酒店！

这个酒店是九寨沟最好的酒店，也是卫生最差的酒店，刚开完房间，进到房间以后出现的景象，我认为这是国际五星级酒店不应该这样，酒店服务还可以，早餐也还可以，希望该酒店在卫生，下一点功夫好好管理一下！
