酒店干净舒适，有车送到景区门口（单程50元）。前台姑娘叫娜姆，服务热情周到，帮我换了景观房。房内没有电脑，需要办公的客人要自备笔记本。

酒店环境非常好 床品也恨舒服 应该算是目前九寨最好的酒店了 前台小姐姐june和餐厅经理马世文一起筹备帮我父亲准备了生日蛋糕 还送上贺卡和小礼物 非常开心

时隔22年重游九寨，景区里面少了一些原始的味道，但这次入住的希尔顿酒店确实是一个大惊喜，想不到在这山沟里有这样一家卫生干净、设施完善的五星级度假酒店，酒店的员工都热情有礼，特别要表扬一下Lesly小姐姐，到达的第一天就主动加了我微信，入住期间有什么问题都能帮我立即解决，再次感谢希尔顿酒店给予我一个五星级的假期，下次有机会再去九寨必定选择此酒店。

强烈推荐带孩子的家庭，酒店的服务人员特别热情，特别感谢儿童俱乐部sally，和礼宾部扎西。没有什么比带孩子玩一天，有人陪孩子更开心的了，再舒服的泡个澡，完美。
