酒店礼宾部的小马服务很不错。主动帮拿行李。主动介绍。酒店有国际大品牌酒店的范。自助晚餐也比旁边酒店来的高大上品种全。
就是酒店的细节方面还是不行。尤其是空调！冬天开暖风房间开着门窗还是热！而且中央空调不能调。打给前台叫了个几乎可以称为小白一样的所谓工程师，词不达意的说半天没用的话。最后还是调不了温度！所以说讲半天都废话。最后给了个冷风扇！这也算是开眼了国际五星酒店冬日大赠送冷气扇。晚上门窗开着睡孩子一直踢鸭绒被太热了，又怕后半夜她着凉总之折腾的要命。5,星酒店1星的休息结果！希望酒店重视细节不枉国际知名连锁的这个品牌！

酒店位置到九寨沟景区开车17分钟的样子，环境不错，设施很新，就是我们去的11月2号3号，因为供暖足，盖的那个羽绒被实在是太热了，热死我了

环境不错，可以吃饭邓等。离九寨沟12公里左右。这个酒店现目前应该是九寨沟最好的酒店了。晚上在酒店房间里面居然有长脚蚊子。本来拍照了，照片没找到了。
