酒店位置靠近喀纳斯湖，应该是景区内最好的酒店。以前不对外。酒店餐饮价格偏高，但服务好，方便。

差评！绝对的差评！这家酒店奉劝各位别再入住！一点人性都没有！道德完全丧失！从未见过这么不要脸的商家！7.30 号时预订了这家酒店一个标间一个单间，结果单间一直在调配。然后调配到了虽然是同一家但是，不是在一块地方的房间，这些都算了。临出行前朋友的家人身体不适无法抵达，和酒店沟通看能否退房，沟通了许久，酒店一直在质疑我们这边的情况，然后让我们出示病例书和亲属关系证明，因为时间关系也提供不出这些东西，想着当初没注意不能改期不能退款自己也有失误这钱就算了。结果，让我知道了什么是世态炎凉，临行前一天酒店突然热情的给这边打电话，一直在询问我是否入住，本以为说可以给退回一部分房费，但是出人意料的是他们只关心你是否入住，如果不入住就把房子卖掉！！！这么落井下石这么丑陋的人真是令人作呕！客服和商家一副德行，客服一直假装亲切的在询问是否入住，然后旁边一直有人出主意确定好不入住后就把房子卖掉，我真是气得不能自已，但是又拿这种人没办法，这么无耻的商家第一次见！！！
