喀纳斯湖边，别墅体验，服务员很热情，奔驰商务车随时到换乘中心接送，饭菜价格不低，但在景区内没办法。景区里算是一流的住处了。

在评论中看到的批评居多，但实际体会服务很好，前台一位服务员超体贴。因为一早要去看晨雾，晚上就办好退房手续，并送来鸡蛋馒头小菜是第二天的早餐。晚餐的葱花饼没吃完，主动拿来袋子让我带上。清晨7:00实际是那里的5点不到，客房服务员就准时来查房，很负责。喀纳斯的物价普遍贵，去过就理解了。一年里只有半年可以营业，特殊的地理条件限制了发展，在少数民族地区，我们无法以发达城市的标准去要求，相互理解吧。

服务很差，设施也很旧，死苍蝇在地上也不打扫，2200多的价钱得到的服务和设施也就是300多块的水准，非常差

酒店的环境没话说，但是价格实在太高了，比一线城市的五星级酒店还要高，性价比有些差了，早餐啥都没有，餐厅贵的离谱

如果你是政府部门公款报销可选这家酒店，如果你是游客千万不要住这儿。出入不方便，离湖近也只是噱头，就只能走百米左右，房间差，餐厅贵得离谱，标间1880元，真不知道是什么人在支撑这样的房间、这样的服务……极不推荐！
