由于酒店疏忽，把我的订单给漏了，到店除1间标准间外，另4间都给我们免费升级了。酒店地理位置，环境极佳，酒店提供酒店往返区间车换乘中心免费车辆接送服务，从标准间到豪华套房都很不错，值得推荐。但吃饭就不敢苟同了，单点太贵，点套餐还能接受，但服务质量差，爱理不理，都快吃完了菜还没上齐。

在喀纳斯景区内，都是接待领导贵宾的，走路两分钟就是湖，环境很好，跟南方的宾馆无法比但是在里面算好的了，用热水有时间限制，房间有暖灯但是还是挺冷，吃的超级贵

酒店就在景区内，湖边唯一的酒店。
晚上很冷，没有空调，电暖器开到最大还要盖上军大衣（每个房间配一件）。
热水的供应是晚上10点到1点，我住3号楼，里锅炉房远，要等到11点左右才有热水洗澡。
地理位置非常好，安静。晴天的早上去湖边看水汽蒸腾，美呀。
用餐建议用套餐，点菜就太贵了。
