以前住过别的希尔顿逸林，感觉很好。这个周末广州玩两天亲子游，想要性价比，就选了萝岗的希尔顿逸林，结果很失望。酒店挺新的，但没有室内泳池，儿童乐园也很小。设施我是觉得还好的。房间没有配剃须刀和棉签，需要打电话要。重点说一件事，因为亲子游所以需要房间配BB床。预定28号晚的房间，我20日艺龙预定之后就已经电话告知酒店留婴儿床。26号为了保险再次致电酒店预留婴儿床，均获得肯定回复。但是28号晚约9点入住，发现房间并没有婴儿床，于是致电前台。前台安排，大约过了半小时，终于有人推来婴儿床（该服务人员态度很好，说今晚人手不足，所以耽误太久）。可是她说因为酒店并没有提前通知她们，所以没有准备婴儿床。而且正常婴儿床用品均无法提供（由于钥匙在另一组人手上，那组人已经下班）。简单来讲，酒店那晚上在我多次预约情况下还提供了两张（两个家庭）不正常的婴儿床（没有枕头，被套，床单）。导致那晚大家都没睡好。体验很差，特别是在我多次预约情况下，真是很恼火。希望酒店管理可以提升。这个不是这个品牌应该有的服务。顺便说下，之前住的其他逸林，婴儿床是木床，床板正常高度。这个婴儿床太低了。基本就是睡在地上了。
