入住登记时已经5点了。被前台接待告知2个房间无法相邻，而且其中一个个房间打扫还需要一个多小时。问客人一点退房，为何五点了还没打扫完毕，说需要一个房间一个房间打扫（这纯粹是废话，没打扫完毕是人手不够喽，还需要另外找借口吗？！）。房间的家具相当陈旧，颜色暗淡，看上去只有3星。椅子的弹簧完全坏了，坐下去屁股会镉到椅子四周的木框。电视也不是高清的。餐厅前台一副冷冰冰的表情，这可是春节，不是来看冷若冰霜的脸色的。可以算是住过的五星酒店里最差的一个了，后来当地人告诉我这个不算5星的，最多算四星。我看连3星都不如，绝对不会来住第二次，也不会推荐朋友来住。
