住五星酒店也有10来年了，很少点评，但这一次还是忍不住说几句：1，前台次序非常糟糕，随意插队组织无序；2，游泳池健身房没有接待，看见一个服务生询问后指了个方向还得自己找；3，绝对不会在门口叫到出租，楼下等车10分钟以上，礼宾是不会去街上拦车进来的；4，前台押金在房费已付的前提下必须给2000，比房费还高，生硬的告诉我是酒店规定；5，唯一感到温暖的是夜里3点回房需要火机，25楼的大姐帮忙找了一个；康莱德作为希尔顿的高端品牌，坐落于珠江新城猎德核心区域，服务质量与文华东方、丽思卡尔顿差别太大，希望做足功课改善质量。

带妈妈，宝宝，老婆一起来的，住了江景双大床房，小蛮腰很不错，酒店楼下步行20米就是商场。很方便

酒店没有总经理，没有房屋总监，遇到问题把客人往外赶，第一次遇到五星级酒店大堂吧晚上九点打烊，这样的团队怎么可能有好的服务！太渣了！
