6号入住，服务非常好，在网上订了双床房，到了才发现订错了，前台接待的小妹很快就换了双床房。跟客房服务大姐说房间有点味道，立马找空气净化机过来，非常感谢！

优点:酒店服务态度真的很好，服务人员碰到客人都是主动打招呼，提供帮助，酒店的位置也不错，离中山纪念堂走路10分钟，离北京路步行街走路20分钟，周边吃饭很方便，旁边有家广州茶餐厅，味道不错，酒店的早餐种类还算丰富，不过广州当地的点心有些偏少。
说完优点再来吐槽一下，我是提前半个月担保预定的酒店，在预定是特地注明尽量安排大床房，等我入住时告诉我只有双床房，还告诉我，我写的是尽量安排大床房，可问题是预定时并没有选项是一定安排大床房，后来前台第一天帮我免费升级成行政大床房，但告诉我后两天还是要换回双床房，无赖之下只得加钱换成了行政大床房，我就是想问问如果想入住贵酒店的大床房需要提前多少天预定？再吐槽一下e龙，给平台打电话反馈告知的也是无法解决，我也是真的无语了，如果能给平台评分我肯定评个最差。
