真是一次失望的入住体验。

同父母、2个小孩一共6人一起入住，在网上订的两个房间，两个房间都是定的两个早餐，入住时再购买了一个早餐，第二天早上8:00左右去二楼吃早餐时，说我们两个房间就只有3个早餐，等我8:20下去协商，说明我是在网上预定饭店，房间一样的价钱不可能没有早餐之后说去查，查了以后说有3+2个早餐之后告诉我小孩超过1米要收97元（解释了小孩吃过牛奶，不会再吃任何东西也是不行的，我们不可能把小孩一个人放外面，只能又交了钱），失望的入住体验。首先没有在我们入住时有提醒有关超过1米的小孩加收早餐的事项，再就是酒店方居然是没有内部的一个确认体系的，住宿时含不含早餐、有几位早餐难道不是酒店方需要提前确认的吗？居然是第二天，住客准备用餐时才来确认的。

在国外出差经常住希尔顿，广州希尔顿第一次住，感觉不错，尤其事前台办理入住的小伙子，公司定的房没有备注大床房，前台小伙子帮忙协调，感觉很好，房间内也干净，洗漱用品是牌子的，入住很舒服，还会再来
