服务态度不太好，灯和电视机坏了跟前台说然后被问是不是用了电水壶，我说了没有还重重复复问了几次...难道烧水就不能开灯？这样的水平也能是四星级？后来灯好了打电话给前台说不用修了还被嫌弃...现在的前台都这么拽的吗？

很有特色的一家酒店，特具岭南庭院特色，别院长廊错落有致，很值得推荐。房间内设施中规中矩，酒店服务一般般，缺点是热水不够热，厕所门还是坏的。
