总体还是失望，与本身档次不符，硬件稍旧但基本算达标，客房的窗帘晚上要睡觉时一拉居然直接掉下来一半，发现是挂窗帘的导轨有问题，已经半夜了没有麻烦酒店人员，自己又一个扣一个扣挂到导轨上。在体现软件的服务方面真的不行，没有迎宾水果，入住排队，退房排队～～偌大的一个酒店大堂里，客人只能无奈的排成一个长队傻傻等，不管你是具体办什么，需时是长是短，也不管是否办理入住手续的高峰时段，反正永远都是所有客人去排那一个长长队伍看着前台只有两三个人在那里慢慢办～～只有五星的价格没有五星的服务
