一直信赖同程，但是这次真的很失望。 提前预订的酒店，到了后被告知外籍人士不能入住（台湾），打电话给同程后，退了一间房，支付违约金400元，台湾同事去了隔壁的一家，400元/间,房间的设施比这家好多了。到了房间（晚上八点多）后竟然发现垃圾没倒 ，洗发水没有。 早上出门后返回拿伞，房卡又不能用（我是连续预订了三个晚上的），晚上回来后房卡又不能用，不知是什么鬼，。。， 总之这次是非常不好的体验，下次绝不会入住。br

民宿小楼，周围环境较好。位置可以说绝佳，走路十几分钟就到西湖。周围有当地人居住。前台小哥们服务比较周到，整个前台厅比较有旅行气氛，文艺，友好。

位置好，离西湖和雷峰塔 苏堤都很近，酒店环境很好，是旅游度假村的民房改建的，比酒店有特色，很干净，很新，比我以前见到的民房要好，卫生间和洗浴间是分开的，外置洗手台，每样东西都好用，洗浴用品也很好用，整个度假村环境都很好，坐在小院子里吃宵夜，吹着西湖的风，很惬意，前台小哥服务也很好。 民宿小楼，周围环境较好。位置可以说绝佳，走路十几分钟就到西湖。周围有当地人居住。前台小哥们服务比较周到，整个前台厅比较有旅行气氛，文艺，友好。

民宿中还是不错的，比较干净，卫生间超大，离浴鹄湾、湖畔大学比较近，周围景区也多，位置那是杠杠的，唯一遗憾的房间偏小
