酒店位于西湖边的三台云舍里，周围环境优美、宁静，酒店设施不错，就是房间里没有电话，我们房间的卫生纸都没有重新换，第二天都没有纸用了，需要自己爬楼梯去服务台去，这点不方便，酒店里著名的西湖苏堤、雷锋台都有一点距离，交通有点不太方便。

酒店位于西湖边的三台云舍里，周围很幽静，酒店的设置也不错，酒店房间里没有电话，需要东西的话必须爬楼去服务台去，这个不太方便，酒店离著名的苏堤、雷锋塔都有一点距离。
