第一次住民宿旅舍，总体感觉很不舒服，今后也不会再去住，还是住正式酒店比较舒服，这种民宿唯一的优点就是位置好，离西湖景区近。

酒店在西湖边，环境优雅，前台小伙子推荐旁边饭店味道很好，而且价格便宜。房间有个小阁楼，孩子很喜欢。但是住的房间楼里楼外全是脚手架，太不安全了。同行两家，提前电话讯问，结果到了发现两间亲子阁布局竟然不一样，期中一间非常小，而且窗户也非常小，另一间比较大。但是阁楼楼梯直冲窗户。电视不好用。br店家提供早饭，但是人手严重不够，早饭需要等很久才能好，入住也是，下午两点多到，说房间还没收拾好，我们就去吃饭了，吃完饭去回来，快四点了，房间还没打扫出来。br最后说一下前台小伙子，因为是北方人，南方话听不懂，一件事得问好几遍才能连猜代蒙的听明白，结果小伙子就不太高兴。去入住的肯定都是外地人，导航上找不到酒店，道路不熟悉，再加上语言不通，找不到地方很正常。遇到一个司机打电话问酒店位置，电话刚挂，小伙子就和边下人说对方是傻子。

酒店房间不是很大，里面气味非常大。下午三点多竟然办不了入住，理由是就一个保洁人员，前台人员服务太差。房屋装修存在很多潜在危险，屋内登高梯子没有固定，浴室玻璃门晃动厉害，最可怕的是房顶的好多大钉子。高德搜索定位酒店叫诺诚酒店
