酒店的免费咖啡非常好喝，沐浴露和洗发水等都是佰草集，超赞，但房间较小，虽然在路边但还算安静。女服务前台待人很热情，男服务员态度恶劣，爱理不理

最开始是因为装修选择了这家店，事实证明选的不错，同学和我都很满意，虽然出门坐公交要走一小段路，但是胜在环境好，总体满意。

交通不方便、要走很远才到西湖、屋子很小、也就10平方米不到、就是民舍，周围都是民房，称不上酒店，好后悔住这地方，到那就心情不好，晚上还怕有人爬上二楼、第二天就去市里面找个称得上是酒店的，无语……

端午节去的，一家四口，定了两间房，都是一楼的，我只能说…照骗…房间不大，隔音很差，晚上外面人进进出出都听的很清楚，严重影响睡眠，楼上下水道声音也很响…服务态度是蛮好的，也有简单的早餐果腹…性价比不高

我和男票都喜欢旅行，所以经常住酒店，国内国外贵的便宜的基本都有住过，第一次来杭州不太熟悉路线，所以就在西湖景区不远的地方定了一个民宿型的酒店，里面的设施包括服务态度，房间整洁度，用品真的是感动到我了，定的时候200多，价格应该是在200到300之间浮动吧，行为刚住进来就涨价了，以前的经历告诉我出门在外一个温馨的住所真的很重要，这个酒店绝对给5星
