酒店位置很好，离西湖、雷峰塔都很近，老板也很热情，主要是房间超级干净。就是有点冷，南方这个季节都这样了，五星好评。

不错的，风景好，离苏堤近，10分钟左右走着就到了，然后就是老板或者说服务人员特别佛哈哈哈哈哈哈哈根本没有招呼过人，但是该服务的还是服务到了。

网上写的房间有20平米，绝对没有。很小很小的房间。除了床单是干净的，其他的地方很不干净。空调风口都是挂的头发。灯带上面都是灰。服务员也不是很热情。位置难找。晚上杭州的出租车司机都不愿意去这个位置，各种车烂了，车没电了，计价器坏了的理由拒绝。不是我一个人遇到这种情况，而是很多游客都遇到了，只是游客本善，没有想到杭州有这么糟糕。对杭州的印象不好。酒店和交通全靠网上吹。

老板帅气，也客气。环境不错，挨着的都是民宿。离西湖边近，离断桥还是远的。玩西湖还是得住断桥附近。
