酒店打扫卫生不够彻底，打扫完一些用品不能自觉补充，酒店服务员态度不友善，自助餐餐饮经常没有菜，退房时间很多酒店都可以到两点，和前台沟通不行，必须十二点前。一次非常不爽的入住。
