地理位置很好，就在南宋御街，离银泰城、西湖都不远，酒店装修风格也挺好的，房间面积大，但是采光和通风很不好，挨着电梯井很吵，隔音也不好。总体来说一般化

服务差。外地过来旅游在附近下车打电话问地址，让她出来带一下路也不行。明明是在一百米的距离也懒得出来给我带路。作为外地游客怎么知道你在哪里。再加上我还带着孩子，拿着行李。唉，，无言！另外房间设施设备不全，洗澡没位置放衣服！洗手间外设计一个木台阶，我们大人也差点摔倒，害我孩子跌了几次。接待大厅设了个小酒吧。夜晚抄的要命。差评！！

房间隔音极差，隔壁说话声音严重影响休息！一楼公共区域没有洗手间，需要出门后步行200米找公共厕所。而且前台服务一般，给大家都留下了不好的印象！
同时对于携程的评分体系很有疑问，不知道此酒店的得分为何如此高，而且推荐的如此靠前？
