交通便利，从定安路地铁口出来走了七八分钟就到了 。去西湖也很近。
前台服务态度好打扫的干净。
在南宋御街，晚上很安静。

还不错，房间设施什么都还行，装修也是很有特色的！不过里面是一体式，没有分格开，期间还水管漏了，不过很快就修好了！总之还不错的体验，在南宋御街里，交通也很方便

大家千万不要来这家酒店，这家酒店要什么没什么，连衣架都没有，洗手间还是透明的，服务态度还非常不好，房间灯光非常暗，地上特别特别脏，蚊子还特别多，这是我住过所有酒店当中最差最差的酒店。隔壁就有一个布丁酒店都比这家好，这家还要380一晚，布丁才200多一晚。各位游客如果你们不信保证你后悔！差差差，非常差，非常差！！！
