房间很大，位置也很好，一出门就是商业街。房间装饰得很清新，吊顶用的是木条。前台的服务员态度温和。下次会回访的。

地理位置绝对的方便，就在南宋御街去哪都方便，去西湖步行就到了，去鼓楼、地铁站也方便，门口就有公交转接去灵隐和白堤

地处环境等方面都不错，唯一不能忍受的就是隔音太差，别说隔壁的说话声了，连电话声音都能听的一清二楚，半夜三更被吵醒会是什么感受？

酒店地理位置很好，离地铁站大概步行10分钟的距离，就在南宋御街上，离河坊街很近，很方便。订的景御房，晚上睡觉的时候还比较安静。酒店外观很漂亮，房间里挺有设计感。

房间隔音差，无窗户，冲凉花洒坏了，反锁门坏了，三更半夜还很吵，酒店答应换房后又不落实换房，总之 就是差。

民宿的外观和里面的装修都非常的喜欢，前台接待也热情，房间里面的设计和装修也很喜欢，而且还有电梯，唯一缺点隔音效果实在有点差，隔壁住客半夜聊天到两三点，感觉像在我床前讲话，听得一清二楚，一晚上没怎么睡好
