住的是西楼，那房间应该是很久没人住了，整栋楼就我一个人住，卫生间很滑，差点受伤，根本不见一个服务员，不推荐来这家，

位置很好，西湖边，岳庙旁，出行方便，免费停车。前台服务不错，入住时因为暂未查到入住信息，她一个劲地安慰我没有问题，每天见面很客气地打招呼，向她借双筷子，她还主动打电话联系餐厅，忘了问她贵姓了，为她点个赞！普通标房比较挤，床比较小，可以将就，有亲子房就更好了。网络可以用电脑网线上网，然后分享无线，很好用。

原浙江军区第一招待所，地理位置在北山街西湖西区岳庙旁边栖霞岭(酒店建在山坡上，闹中取静)春节假期一晚1000块，谁叫西湖黄金地段寸土寸金啊！！！估计是军区招待所缘故，入住的大都是中年人，酒店分东西两个区，入住东区贵宾楼湖景房，有个露天的阳台(平台连在一起的，有点不安全额) 酒店服务不错，服务生主动打招呼问候新年好，提拿行李 房间设施还行，就是洗浴间太小额，没有防滑垫。房间里wifi信号太弱了，时段时连！ 酒店自助餐品种较少，随便吃吃呗！ 门口也有KFC和STARBUCKS

酒店的环境还是不错的，就在美丽的西湖边上，酒店的设施也很齐全，房间的设施有些老旧了，酒店闹中取静，环境较好，相比周边同档次酒店，性价比很高。交通也方便，公交车站很近，服务员的服务态度也很好，下次还会选择住这里。

评论很简单，国内最差最差的星级酒店。级别跟全国各地的火车站小旅馆一样，而且服务人员也很差，除了地理位置牛*一些，再无其他可点评的，有的也只是有多少差评评多少差评！！！
