电视遥控器修了两天。第一天，服务员说:你就对付用吧，没信号屏幕也不太亮，今天没法给你换。我感觉很有新意，第一次遇到服务员这么解决问题，让她明天白天有退房的换，我今晚就对付了。第二天回来，惊讶发现果然还是破的，再打电话叫来一个，告诉我电视就是不能关电源的，服了。她又打电话去问，好像问的就是第一晚那个，那个告诉她去换一个，服务员脸一撩一言不发甩门飘然而去，我的神啊，姑奶奶啊这是

地理位置非常好，就在西湖旁边，岳王庙背后，步行五分钟到西湖，岳王庙对面有小杨生煎，肯德基，酒店的餐厅也不贵。大堂的一位清洁阿姨服务很热情，帮我们抬轮椅，搀扶老人。但设施确实非常老旧，而且完全没有无障碍设施，大堂门口4步台阶，卫生间喷头固定，很难使用。想借一个盆子给老人洗脚，前台都说沒有。

地理位置还算方便，就在岳王庙边上，曲院风荷的对面。酒店坐落在山上，上坡路有点累。周边有KFC、全家、星巴克，对面就有楼外楼、小杨生煎、永和大王、快乐柠檬等。印象西湖就在对面。但酒店内部设施太陈旧了，卫生间太昏暗，床也比较硬。隔音效果也很不好，走廊敲个门说个话都听的清清楚楚，楼上要是有个熊孩子跳一下什么的楼下也听的清清楚楚。不会再入住的酒店，不推荐。
