酒店位置很好，不远就是地铁站，去西湖、车站、商业区很方便，闹中取静，大家很满意。服务很周到细致，客房部曹世庭经理特别热情，我们有两位90岁以上的老人，所提要求都得到满足，老人很开心的过了一个愉快的春节。还有酒店的前台小潘，潘汉卿也很热情，主动加了微信，详细介绍杭州的旅游线路，让我们很感动。总之这个新开的酒店，硬件和软件都不错，值得信赖，唯一不足原介绍有泳池，却因为维修在节日期间停了，希望以后管理到位。还会再来的。

出来旅游的，附近有地铁站去西湖看音乐喷泉挺方便的。酒店服务人员态度都很好很热情。比如Hank帮我办完入住后又拉着行李送我到房间，还很热情给我介绍了杭州的几个热门景点，感谢，
