迟到的点评！哈哈，首先酒店环境是真的不错哦，满满的中式古典风格，地理位置也很方便，紧邻西溪湿地国家公园，房间舒适卫生面积很大，服务人员热情周到，前台的memory和Jacob还有礼宾的徐明悦每次路过碰到他们时都会主动问我有什么需要，真的很贴心，有一种宾至如归的感觉，早餐种类也还不错，房间的夜床礼物也很别致，风筝和小老虎真的太可爱了。真的值得一住哦！

定的是水悦别墅酒店升级豪华，房间电源插头只有两个插座可用，其他都插满了要不就是坏了。房间蚊子还是有，不能因为这个空调温度开的太低，貌似调高没效果。周边景色很美！我提前20多天定水悦艺龙价格付了3246，当天网上艺龙房价2788？酒店前台告知水悦还没打扫好无房豪华有我就升级了，3246升级豪华大概600不到，当天艺龙豪华别墅报价3200多，酒店我多付了600体验了原来价格的房型，是酒店疏忽忘记告诉我这个事实吗？这钱是艺龙还是酒店多赚了？

环境棒，服务棒，唯一美中不足的是停车位太少，但前台的干雪萍小姐姐主动给我升级了房型并延迟退房，美中不足也可以忽略了，赞一个！
