酒店位置很好，过了马路就是西湖。硬件还不错，挺新.酒店的早歺也很好！房间的确不象新酒店那么大，但其他的配套巳经弥补，网络很快！很强！卫生间镜子防雾！温度空调很给力！尤其说淋浴水非常棒.楼层高的应该可看湖。走路到白堤与断桥也很近，大堂较大较豪华，前台和礼宾服务相当不错

位置很不错，与西湖隔着一条马路，门前有公交站和单车站，坐公车到其他景点很方便，距离地铁站也很近。酒店服务人员非常热情，服务很到位，管家式服务超一流的好。还有迎宾水果，床很舒服，枕头也很棒，酒店早餐也很不错中西都有！出门右转到武林夜市里的新白鹿餐厅吃的饭，物美价廉！
