这是一个刚刚开业的酒店，虽然店面不大但是物品全新，使用很舒服。前台的工作人员服务很热情，感觉很温馨，帮我们介绍杭州的特色景点、美食等等，我儿子很喜欢这两个漂亮阿姨，评价时恨不能给120个赞，我们住的是家庭房，感觉不错。从店面出来到西湖步行十分钟，到清河坊步行也就一刻钟，位置很好，在十一黄金周通过艺龙预定的还有返现，老公说钱已经返到账户了呵呵，这次旅行很愉快，强烈推荐法奥酒店。
