前台服务人员非常热情、友好，本来订了单人间帮我升级了舒适的大床房，房间整洁干净，特别温馨。酒店地理位置也很好，离苏堤、雷锋塔、花港观鱼都很近，在服务人员的指引下都是步行逛过去的，沿途风景优美，空气清新，非常赞的地方。一次愉快的旅行，下次还会和朋友家人来。

地理位置优越，对面就是湖畔大学，空气清新，环境比较安静，房间卫生和服务都不错，附近离西湖十景之一的花港观鱼也比较近，是一个休闲娱乐放松的好地方，下次还会和家人朋友一起入住此酒店，特别温馨，住一次就爱上了这里的环境和服务.

地理位置非常好，附近就是湖畔大学，青山绿水，植被葱茂，花竹掩映，湖泊清澈，微风条畅，长廊回环，景致秀丽。屋内条件尚可，也算齐备，依山而建，清净幽雅。
