服务还凑合，只是房间没有照片那样好，略失望，床铺被面，卫生间等有些地方看着不干净，所以下次可能不会选择住了。另外，由于西湖景区全在修路，所以导致出行很不方便，而且晚上也不是很安静。

住的地方离西湖很近，走十几分钟就可以到苏缇。旅店环境还可以，就是四周还在装修，卫生有点差。其他都还可以。

酒店是民房改造的,第一天住给了个底楼没窗的房间,房间里一股霉味,不过前台的帅哥态度不错,当天因为房间满了没换到第二天给换了个,房间设施简单了点没有衣橱,但是离西湖还是挺近的!我是提前好久订的,听说现在订是五六百

酒店应该是民房改造的,房间不大,房间设施比较简单,停车不太方便!但是离西湖不远,酒店人员的服务态度不错!
