看到我们带小孩，给我们升级成1.8米大床房。但是到房间后，发现其实是阁楼改建的，厕所里马桶和洗手池都要弯腰使用，非常不方便。酒店离花港观鱼很近，胜在地理位置。

家庭房在一楼没有阳光，这点挺不好的，加上下雨比较潮湿，地点很好，就在西湖附近，酒店设施比较旧，但是配置还算齐全，早餐十元一位也不错，建议大家在西湖银泰吃完饭再回来，值得推荐

环境不错，离西湖挺近的，周围的空气也很清新。服务也不错，水池有点青瓷的感觉，喜欢。

酒店在景区里面，很安静，环境也很好，去西湖也很近，周边的景点很多。步行10分钟即可到西湖边.房间还好。
