这个酒店真得太过分了，我们明明住了，住得还可以，离店后办了张会员卡，就说我们是按会员卡入住的，明明收的钱是同程的价格，开的发票也是同程的抬头，相当过分。而且催了多少次，终于有点评奖金了。那么住了两晚么应该有两晚的奖金不是，结果又扣下一晚说是要按会员，16号沟通的好好的又不守信用，让人相当无语，请绕道吧
