交通方便，离西湖景区和武林广场很近，步行十来分钟。酒店有停车场，服务也很好，只是房间有点小，设备陈旧。酒店早餐一般。

离西湖比较近，虽然旧点，但是在这类地段，能有这样的宾馆也不错了，有些地方可以改进下，比如空调效果不佳！晚上还要开着电风扇的

所谓豪华标间实际也以前的装修风格，显得陈旧，而且网上介绍双人间床宽1.2米实际只有1。1米，因为带孩子，换了豪华商务房，那里的床才是1.2米。装修新一点。前台求姓服务员服务有耐心，冲这一点，还是推荐吧，只限商务房。

总体来说还不错，标准间有点小，设施一般，后来调了价格贵点的豪华商务电脑间，不同的价位差别真的相差很大，后来的这个房间很舒适温馨，干净卫生，电脑也不错。下次可能还会入住。
